Gaia's Teardrops

Gaia, represented by a woman, abandons herself to her gloom on a Galician beach, at the sight of the disaster caused by the spill of the Prestige oil tanker, in 2002.

The girl was drawn in pencil, on a special A4 paper. The background was drawn on another sheet, size A3. After joining both, the result was colored digitally; except for the sky, that was painted from scratch using digital acrylics.
