King at Dawn

A king staring at his kingdom from one of the raised bridges in its capital, a short time before the sun comes up.

Coloured Windsor&Newton ink illustration on special A4 paper. The cape was painted with acrylics on a wrinkled paper, and joined to the rest digitally. The frame was added at the end.
